Responsibilities :

• Study of Project Specification and Contract/IFC Drawings.
• Coordination of Electrical works (ELV, LV, MV & SCADA) with the Client and Contractors.
• Implementation of quality assurance and quality control Procedures
• Study the Approved Contract drawing, bill of quantity and
• Specification in order to achieve quality work.
• Reviewing the shop drawing submittals, Material Submittals, Document Submittals, Study and Approving Method of statements.
• Material inspection and verifications as per the Approved Material and Specifications.
• Actively involved in Project meetings pertaining to Electrical activities .
• Inspection of Complete Electrical systems and services as per Approved Shop Drawings and contract specifications.
• Monitoring and supervising the Electrical Work activities on daily basis to avoid delays and ambiguities.
• Reviewing Site Clarification Reports (SCR) and issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Preparation of site progress report, Snag lists and Outstanding works list.
• Reviewing Close-out documents like Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Training Manuals, As-built drawings, Warranty Certificates, Spare parts list and etc.
