· Adept in leadership in multi-site operations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency

· Ensure the proper functioning of facilities and the attainment of production goals set out by the plant management

· Personnel planning, staffing, organisation, supervision and orientation for new hires

· Ensure training for the employees on production process, optimisation and company safety standards

· Supporting the Production coordinator to fulfil the production planning as per sales order

· Preparing batch cards and performing all other production-related tasks in Oracle

· Supporting the Delivery coordinator for delivery the Finished Goods as per company standards

· Supervising and executing the production activities safely according to the SOP, especially dangerous goods handling, processing and packing

· Operating the HMI system to charge the chemicals, blend and pack the materials in Drums/IBC's /Road tankers/Isotainers

· Producing the batches in the blending vessel with Quality, First Time Right (FTR), while minimising the batch cycle time to enhance the production volume

· Maintaining the stock count of Finished Goods in quarterly and yearly basis

· Maintaining the good housekeeping in plant premises

· Conduct Weekly Safety presentations to create safety culture

· Preparing the SOP for all production related activities

· Performing Machinery Risk Assessment for existing and new process equipment’s as per International standards

· Complete all the relevant closing points from Machinery risk assessments

· Amended and prepared P & ID Diagram for entire Plant & Process

· Issuing Work Permits for Hazardous and general operations

· Ensuring all the checklist in the plant are properly maintained

· Prepare and Execute the Preventive Maintenance schedule for all the utilities and process equipment’s

· Reviewing and Calibrating instruments as per calibration plan

· Take care of breakdown maintenance for Electrical panels, Heat Exchanger, Air compressor, Production vessels, Electrical motors, Functioning control valves, Chillers etc.,

· Maintaining the Business expense for Maintenance and Production

· Obtaining legal permits for hazardous chemicals and hazardous wastewater disposal, along with standard recycling, requires regulatory approvals from Dubai Municipality

• Immediately respond to equipment breakdown
• Organize routine servicing schedules
• Planned Preventive Maintenance work done for Power panel, UPS panel, PDB, LDB
• Checking and Calibrating instruments as per calibration plan.
• Fault attending at Diesel Generator, Lift, VCB, DB
• Readings has been noted for MV Panel, UPS, RMG, Diesel Generator, Underground diesel tank

• Installing the electrical equipment's
• Allocating work to a team of fitters
• Maintaining good professional relationship with suppliers and contractor
• Purchasing the materials according to the Purchase Order
