  • Working as Facilities Engineer to lead team of 32 personal on site and 16 AMC for all facilities Management and to fulfill statutory requirements in Vertical residential building six tower building along with Master community at Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai under EMAAR properties (New Project Building Transition Snags Quality check and Take over Systems and areas)


Responsibility:

  • Provide technical support to the project team for fit out works on sites to all Facilities Systems.
  • Remotely worked for eight number sites and made sure the operation team maintaining the facilities good in the building.
  • Own the development, implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures for the Facilities services. (Including Permit to Work System and Emergency Preparedness)
  • Support the Maintenance activities of the department by providing specialist engineering knowledge and advice, a s sociated with the full range of building services.
