Project: EPC ASAB Field Development Phase 2 – Stage 2

• Participates in the preparation of the Contract Baseline Schedule and / or Revised Schedules in co-ordination with the senior planning engineer and the advice & guidance of the Regional Planning Manager and the project team.
• Prepares the progress update monitoring sheets for the various project phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic project schedule updates.
• Prepares & Updates periodically the "Progress Performance Curves & "Key Performance Indicators" in coordination with the lead to monitor the project performance.
• Highlights to the project management about any deviation in the plan -"out of sequence" - and be able to implement the required corrective actions.
• Records the daily progress and prepares the site daily report.
• Liaises and assists the project controls manager in preparing weekly, monthly reports, monthly presentation, budget preparation and maintains proper project planning records

• Analyzed scope of work, initiated, and contributed to creating method statement for RCS 10, Hafeera – Shabach to DDP – 12” Pipeline in gas major project.
• Developed comprehensive work plans and tracked progress using Primavera P6, MSP and MS Excel for multiple projects such as CVR Ph 5 and 6, 3rd MGIH Encl. 1 to 20.
• Generated s-curve detailing man and equipment hours for GTN 20" De-Bottlenecking project and other projects. This facilitated resource requirements listing and streamlined monitoring, tracking, and progress comparison.
• Managed and recorded 300+ weekly meetings involving client engineers from WDP, Major Projects, and ESR. Shared outcomes and enhanced tracking, reducing workflow bottlenecks.
• Aligned schedules for project goals and client satisfaction. Recognized for on-time completion of six oil well hookups in a single day under Tatweer WDP team.
• Aided cost estimation by dissecting work scope into WBS and attending client site meetings.

• Accomplished prefabrication, hydrotesting and pigging of 30+ pipelines (size varies from 2” to 20” and length varies from 1000m to 2500 m) linking oil wells to manifolds in Tatweer green field.
• Hydrotesting and pigging of 2” to 20” pipelines (oil and gas) vary from 500 m to 2400 m in 10+ projects such as new Oil well connection, Gas transmission network.
• Proficiently analyzed project scope and drawings to improve project outcomes, worker efficiency, and safety in oil and gas pipeline projects
• Supervised and managed workers to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to project timelines in tasks such as pipeline stringing, welding, prefabrication, and testing.
• Developed and applied precise methods for inter-departmental coordination, ensuring project schedule adherence and practicality
