Successful development of the project's procedures of initiation, planning, execution, regulation and closure as well as the guidance of the project team's operations towards achieving all the agreed upon goals within the set scope, time and quality.
- Work closely with identified stakeholders to ensure all necessary information, system interfaces and required procedures are in place to allow channels to successfully sell and service at the POS.
- Validate Products/ Services implementations and change initiatives based on developed applications, systems and customer experiences as per business requirements.
- Develops and communicates detailed written Work Instructions for all front end impacting system and process changes, documenting the end to end Sales/ Service Activation/ Migration/ Change and Termination process and communicates the same to relevant channels.
- Ensure the delivery of the highest standards and maximize individual / team potential.
- Analyze and communicate impacts and dependencies with other projects / initiatives, and document the current and desired future state of the business and system impacts analysis for product and service implementation in sales.
- Develop detailed level impact analysis plan as per defined CE and quality framework.
Participate and sign off BRM and post deployment testing to ensure all the defects are closed for smooth sales operations’ ensuring the required Customer experience is provided to the customers.
- Manage and ensure leadership for all the projects that are developed for Sales Channels
- Conduct Business/Impact Analysis of CVP’s, PSD’s, PCI’s, CR’s and related Technical assessments in term of (User Experience, Customer experience & System control) and provide recommendation/sales requirements.
- Review IT assessment and ensure all sales requirements are met and are implemented as per Sales policies and quality frame work
- Analyze and identify critical business or operational improvement areas within the existing as- is processes or Change request assessments for consumer sales channels.

- Supporting and enabling frontline sales teams to sell more efficiently by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the sales process
