As an Back Office Support, I specialize in delivering services of Fixed Integrated Services and Managed Services to small and medium-sized enterprises. I work with CRM and BSCS applications, handle customer complaints, and track sales orders to ensure timely delivery. I also support the sales and processing teams in achieving their monthly targets and KPIs, and supervise and handle escalations from various channels.
I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Annamalai University, and more than four years of experience in customer service and back office operations. I have developed skills in Microsoft Office, data analysis, report preparation, and operational training.
