• Leading the real Estate department of Sharjah Islamic bank in Real Estate developments and project management.
• Lead and manage the Special Projects Department of the bank, with responsibly of execution and delivery of several infrastructure development and construction projects
• Negotiate and engage architects external and coordinate development of structural design best suited for the project
• Developing project plans, establish cross-functional project teams, prioritize tasks, align available resources for completion of work and manage execution of project strictly adhering to schedule
• Liaise and coordinate with local government authorities in order to obtain required clearances for the construction of infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors/subcontractors and their specialist teams, for ensuring respective deliverables, so that all scheduled tasks are completed in a seam less manner
• Organize and attend site meetings at regular intervals, observe progress bottlenecks and suggest solutions to keep project on track
• Check and verify contract documents before finalizing terms of service and pricing structures with contractors
• Manage all activities including planning, design, material procurement, construction and commissioning, with key focus on timeline, budgetary and quality parameters
