• Coordination with design and construction teams in the identification of delay and disruption events.
• Providing financial and contractual input for claims (Identification and establishment of quantum).
• Managing Variations (Identification, Scrutinizing, Valuation)
• Scrutinizing Payment applications submitted by the contractors
• Administration of provisional sums.

Variation & Claim Management:

• Secured around 3.2 Million of AVI (Approved Variation Instruction) in Banyan Tree Residences Project with amicable negotiations.
• Secured around 7.9 Million of AVI (Approved Variation Instruction) in Avani Hotel & Suits Project with amicable negotiations.
• Secured around 2.8 Million of AVI (Approved Variation Instruction) in Burj Royale Project with amicable negotiations.

Cost Control:

• Developed Dynamic Commerical Reports (Interim Payment Applications, Variation Order Log, Subcontractor Payment Log, Payment Certificates) using MS Excel and standardize it through out the company.
• Developed Manpower Timesheet Tracker for Labor Subcontractor to track the accurate monthly incurred cost and reduced bogus surplus claimed cost.
