Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the design, execution and quality assurance of MEP systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV,BMS and Fire fighting systems
• Monitor the construction progress ensuring its inline with project timelines, highlight deviations and direct subcontractors for corrective and mitigation measurements
• Review and validate all the engineering submissions post consultant approval to ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements
• Evaluate variation claims, ensuring alignment with contract scope, technical justifications, and budget controls.
• Verified monthly progress invoices in coordination with actual site progress and deliverables.
• Coordinated with specialist contractors and vendors for ELV, LPG, home automation, and other integrated systems to ensure seamless interface and system compatibility.
• Participated in progress review, technical coordination, and value engineering meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensured MEP works complied with local authority regulations (DEWA, Civil Defense, DM, etc.) and facilitated timely inspections and approvals.
• Conducted routine site inspections to assess workmanship, verify adherence to approved drawings, and ensure use of specified materials.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all the plant rooms installations and delivery.
• Providing engineering and technical support for installation of various systems, such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Firefighting system.
• Conducting progress meetings with subcontractors, attending technical meeting, Client meetings, Correspondence, Claims, and coordination meetings
• Preparation of variation Claims, Monthly Billing and value engineering proposals
• Review of engineering submittals, shop drawings and preparation of all calculations.
• Inspect and observe the work in progress to ensure that the procedures followed and materials used conformed to project specifications and quality standards
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, Main contractors and local authorities for permits, inspections and approvals.
• Oversee testing and commissioning and handover process, Drawings and preparation of handing over documents.
• Providing training to clients FM team on operation and maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

HVAC

• Review/Preparation of shop drawings for chiller rooms, Pump room and ETS rooms details and sections.
• Preparation of MEP detailed shop drawings, Co-ordination drawings and as built drawings.
• Sizing & selection of Air terminal devices: Grilles, Diffusers, Louvers, etc as per Design parameters.
• Prepare and submit pressure loss calculation for Exhaust fans, AHUs and FAHUs and chilled water pumps for consultant approval.
• Selections of Expansion Tanks and sizing calculations based on actual system volume.
• Staircase pressurization fans selection and sizing calculations.
• Chilled water pipe sizing with based on CIBSE and ASHRAE standard.
• Duct sizing with as per ASHRAE standard. And preparation of HVAC plant room such as AHU room, chilled water pump room.
• Review of technical submittals for the project equipments and submitting for consultants approval.
• Selection of equipment's like Chiller, AHU, FCU, Pumps, DX units, VRV and Fans in accordance with the project design and specification.
• Smoke Exhaust and Purging Fan sizing calculations.
• Conduct pre inspections before submitting inspection requests to consultant.
• Carry out testing and commissioning for HVAC systems and coordinate with consultant for approval.

Plumbing

• Installation of Pumping systems, Portable Water supply,
Underground drainage lines, External drainage lines and Sanitary
wares.
• Review and Preparation of booster pump pressure loss calculations
• Water hammer arrestor and electric water heater sizing calculations
using IPC standards.
• Underground and Elevated tank sizing calculation and selection.
• Installation and commissioning of solar water heater and hot water
calorifiers
• Preparation of Shop-Drawings and MEP Co-ordination Drawing. •
Preparation of "As-Built Drawings" and O & M Manuals.
• Review of Engineering Material submittals, Vendor approvals, RFI’s
ITP and Method Statement.
• Review and Preparation water supply demand calculations using
IPC & CIBSE standards.
• Carry out T&C for plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with Consultant to get periodic approvals

Fire Fighting

• Installation of fire pumps in line with project specifications and UAE
life safety regulations.
• Installation of sprinklers system in accordance with NFPA-13,
Project specifications and UAE life safety regulations.
• Installation of Dry risers, Wet risers, Breeching inlets, clean agent
system, Fire hydrants and Fire hose cabinets.
• Verification of Pump head calculation, Clean Agent cylinder
capacity.
• Installation of fire extinguishers in accordance with hazard types
and UAE life safety guidelines.
• Coordination with Electrical engineer for installation of Smoke
detectors, and Voice evacuation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with Architects and Consultants to resolve the construction issues as per the site conditions.
• Supervision and installation of Sewerage tanks, External Water supply networks, sanitary wares and Pumps.
• Quality assurance for all works carried out by all sub-contractors. Conducting the meetings with all Subcontractors to discuss site progress inline with program.
• Coordinating for Site Inspections for Installation works. Attending site meetings with client & consultant.
• Sending the enquiries to the approved manufacturers along with the specifications and equipment schedule.
• Submission of operation and maintenance manuals for project close out.

Responsibilities

• Individually managed the team for installation of 4 nos Chiller, Pumps, Dosing units and Pressurization units.
• Responsible for all builders works, louver layouts related to mechanical services.
• Resolving architectural, structural clashes and finding out alternative solutions.
• Individually handled all the commissioning and results were 110% of the design.
• Handing over and providing training to client representative and FM team.

• Preparing weekly look ahead for the site activities and plan manpower and materials needed.
• Assist project engineer in verifying quantities for procurement.
