• Analysed key aspects of business to evaluate factors driving results and develop monthly vendor status reporting, key supplier metrics, key risk indicators (KPI's), performance metrics and periodic updates to support.
• Review Repairs/Purchase/Shipment cost trend in order to provide higher productivity at minimum cost
• Conduct analysis of spend and supply markets research including a financial Report & SWOT
• Monthly reconciling the Repair Orders, In House & Purchase Orders to form the Vendor Performance Console and reporting discrepancies found in the records.
• Periodic components stock review, provisioning of components, review material service level as per JIT (Just in Time) concept to ensure cost effective operations
• Updated and maintained records and databases, ensuring accuracy and strict compliance with procurement processes.

• Update system of current component status and distribute paperwork raised (like Repair Orders, Warranty Claim Forms, Maintenance messages, Modification Requests etc.) to appropriate sections for further monitoring and action
• Prepare feasibility analysis and business cases coupled with repair contracts and proposals for setting up or enhancing repair capability development of items and provide recommendations to managements
• Experienced in providing training to staff on how to use / understand IPC, CMM, AMM, CML, SB, Engineering Orders and other technical documents
• Perform data entry of all Power plant modifications incorporated to maintain up-to-date Power plant Modification Control System and continuously update engine technical records to ensure permitted life of engine parts are not overrun that will affect airworthiness requirements
• Maintain records of all Repair Orders in order to monitor their repair costs, Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) and invoice processing.

• Monitor implementation of ADs, mandatory SBs, optional SBs and modifications on engines, A/C structure, systems and avionics, and maintain data base and accurate status record of all incorporated
• Prepare, keep and distribute short and long term scheduled maintenance and overhaul forecast for air frame, engine and components.
