- Employee’s salaries / payroll via (WPS) as per UAE rules regulation.
- Verification of documents and employment Screening / background verification of new joined.
- DED Services.
- Government Services & Attestation.
- MOFA Services.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Very good about Labor Law.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Applying visa for employee as per Ministry of Human Resource law, renewing employee visa and passport.
- Keeping expiry record of employee’s visa, passport & ID.
- Renew lease, insurance, visa, employee id, vehicle registration card etc.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
- Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member.
- Pick up and deliver the mail.
- Open and date stamp all general correspondence.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference.
- Telephone calls.
- Respond to public inquiries.
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
