Responsible for all Architectural and ID/fit-out works of the following:

• Architectural and ID/Fit-out supervision works on the project from mid-stage through delivery and handover
• The project involved a 5-star hotel (101 Rooms), 20 Hotel Villas, a Yacht Club, 6 Residential towers, 8 Penthouses, and 15 Mansions (3 to 6 bedrooms).
• Supervised architectural works for high-end development of residential towers and luxury mansions.

Responsible for all Civil and Architectural works of the following:

• The project involved the Construction of 5 Hangars, 3 Workshops with massive steel structures, a headquarters building, substations & other service buildings, including PQC Roads, Aprons, Asphalt Roads, Parking, and Infrastructures (Utilities) for aircraft.
• Led the construction of 5 hangars & service buildings, enhancing aircraft maintenance facility capacity.
• Managed site supervision for successful project close-outs on time.

Managed all Civil and Architectural works, QA/QC works of the following:

• Supervised construction of 29 high-end villas, ensuring top quality.
• Led QA/QC works for 29 villas, enhancing overall project standards.
• Achieved timely project delivery.

Responsible for all Civil and Infrastructure works of the following:

• The project involved the Construction of 303 villas with infrastructure (i.e., Sewerage network, Storm water network, Roads, Telecommunication, Electric lines, Potable water, Street lights, etc., service & sub stations).
• Supervised site work for 13 villas with infrastructure works, maintaining strict project timelines.

Involved in the design works of the following

• Macro & Micro planning, networking of Canals and Distributaries using AutoCAD.
• Design of canal network using Visual Basic & land desk development.
