Responsibilities:

• Lead all QA/QC inspector and guide them of project details and specification.
• Preparing method statements as per projects for all MEP activities.
• Review all MEP technical submittal and drawings.
• Prepared Material Inspection for all materials arrived at site and to make sure all compliance with the project material submittal & specification
• Prepared detailed inspection schedule for in line with Project Program, identifying total number of inspections activity wise each day/week/month, covering all MEP activities.
• Ensured Work inspections are conducted in coordination with execution team, Consultants, and sub-contractors.
• Maintaining and monitoring Calibration of Test Equipment's and records for all MEP system.
• Coordinating with MEP Engineers for all inspection and give them feedback for works
• Verifying all MEP installation as per approved drawing so as to avoid any clashed of works.
• Ensure all rejected materials from internal inspections or consultant inspections are quarantined and removed from site
• Update, follow up and maintain non-conformance notices /report log (issue, actioned and closed) (NCR & SOR) /report log (issue, actioned and closed)
• Conduct external and internal audits as per guidelines of ISO 9001.
• Conduct day to day site surveillance, identify, record and communicate deficiencies to team to avoid recurrence
• Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance quality system such as fishbone, root cause analysis, five why, etc
• Used all codes & standards specification and quality for the MEP system
• Report to QA QC Manager, any irrelevant rejections/comments which leads to reworks on all project QA QC documentation. (Work Inspections, Material Inspections etc.)
• Manage MEP T&C activities at site and coordinate with subcontractor, consultants and client to performs the tests successfully.
• Monitor all site installations against Authority requirements such as DEWA, DCD, DM regulations, etc.
• Create handing over documents, Operation manual, desnaging and snagging sheet and etc.
• Handing over the projects with all required documents as per projects contract. (Ex- T&C reports, close out reports for NCR, SOR, snagging.)
• After Project closeout, assist DLP manager on day-to-day DLP activities and ensure timely completion of defects according to escalation plans.

Project: Tecom Office Building, Dubai (B+G+7+RF) , 2018-2019

Project: Badr Residential and Commercial (11 buildings common basement + G + 4/7 + RF) , 2017-2019

Responsibilities:

• Understand all project contract documentation from Tender till construction including but not limited to scope of works, deviations, conditions of contract, specifications, etc.
• Preparation & submission of method statement & ITP for mechanical system.
• Ensure all inspections at site are running as per ITP.
• Monitor all tools and equipment’s at site that needs calibration.
• Raise internal NCR & QV.
• Create monthly QA/QC report as well as project KPI report.
• Communicate with consultant to find solution for any problems with work's quality that arise on job site.
• Liaise with consultant for closure of NCRS.
• Conduct internal inspections to verify implementation / effectiveness of preventive actions for site NCRs and deficiencies identified by above process.
• Maintain all QAQC related records as per project quality plan and IMS system.
• Record snagging & de snagging works
