- Working as an Operation Shift In charge in DCP Department.
- Complete Operations of high capacity 50,000ton Water Cooled 1,000ton Air cooled Chillers,Cooling tower Primary Pumps, Secondary Pumps, Condenser Water Pumps, Utility Pumps & Submersibles.
- Operation of above mentioned units in Remote Auto, Remote Semi Auto, Remote Manual & Locals Mode.
- Operating each individual equipment based on the operational range on which the equipment consume optimum power to enhance the Electrical efficiency.
- Maintaining all the parameters as standard range like CT approach range from 2.5-4.0C, Motor FLA below 80%. Condenser pressure & CT approach based on Ambient condition & COC of CT water.
- Producing Chilled water at 4.4C to maintain the building demand. Operation of Plate Heat Exchanger, HMI panel, Maintaining Average return temp & secondary Supply Temp based on contract agreement.
- Commissioning of New chiller plant & taking handover from the project and testing all equipment to witness.
- Supervision of the calibration of all instrumentation like Flowmeter, Temp Transmitter, RTD, Level sensor, FS, PS, PDT,PI, TI, Pressure & Temp gauges.
- Preparing Defect note on Smart FM for any defective equipment to their specific department.
- Operation of VFD & Soft starter all water storage tanks.
- Taking every two hours Plant, chiller & Pump Parameters.
- Documentation update, Monthly Billing, Data logging file. Production & sold file preparation.
- Water Treatment/analysis of Chiller network, Cooling tower & ADDC water. Chemical Dosing Biocides, Corrosion & Scale inhibitor, surfectant & dispersant, sodium nitrate.
- Co-ordinate & Supervise with Mechanical, Electrical, I&C & Third Parties like Trane, Nalco & Switchgears Etc.
