- Review the design of the Electro-Mechanical services and Study the Project Specification
- Developing /Review/obtaining approvals of shop drawings and Material Submittals of complete MEP system
- Ensure work at the site done properly according to Designed/specification and authority's regulations
- Conduct the inspection to ensure delivered material on the site is as per approved submittal
- RFI's (Request for Information) with suitable proposal and solutions
- Coordinating all electro-mechanical activities with the various teams on site
- Conduct daily site visit to ensure quality of work is in complying with design and engineering aspects
- Responding to Site Instruction and NCR's for Non compliance of works
- Coordinate with Civil Construction for the MEP execution of work at the site
- Attending authority inspections as per the project schedule
- Attending all testing and Commissioning
- Managing to solve out all site Problems and providing the technical supports to Engineer's/supervisors
- Liaising with the client, consultant, sub-contractors, quantity surveyors and suppliers
- Design modification for HVAC, Firefighting and plumbing as per the site requirements
- Attend all coordination, Progress and technical meetings with the client, contractor, and authorities
- Responsible to Coordinate with QS engineer about variations (Positive/Negative) if any
- Testing and commissioning of MEP Systems and Equipments
- Snagging and De snagging of MEP works
- Developing AS Built drawings and Close out documents (O/M manual Warranties and system handover)
