As teacher assistant I would have to support students and be an extra hand to the teacher and sp I Helped students with their questions as well as be tactful and mindful of who im interacting with in what time and place, because children are sensitive to words and receptive to influence, thus I managed to improve my communication, as well as patience and improvisation for when a student acts up.
