As a Senior Officer I am accountable to plan, manage and organize the participation of Tawazun in line with the Tawazun's corporate and brand image, and to ensure that Tawazun's corporate and brand image, and reputation are communicated positively. The role involves extensive coordination with internal and external stakeholders and the maintenance of productive working relationships with organizers, partners and vendors. Additionally, I oversee the set-up of all events, provide troubleshooting as required, and maintain accurate records and reports for all events. I also evaluate and enhance the quality of Tawazun's participation at events, and manage sponsorship events and programs to ensure a smooth running and operation of Tawazun events. Other responsibilities include ensuring that brand and business message integration is clearly articulated in all aspects of sponsorship, including partner negotiation, executive briefings, on-site branding, and activation. I then evaluate sponsorship proposals and provide recommendations to Senior Management. In addition, I contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures, and execute other related duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
I provided support to the Marketing Team in the execution of the departmental plans and initiatives to create a positive image of Tawazun and its subsidiaries, and assisted in the planning and execution of events undertaken by the department.
In addition, I developed and managed social media campaigns and daily activities on Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook and provided support to the subsidiaries in the development of internal and external communication plans.
I also evaluated sponsorship opportunities and made recommendations to Management, stayed abreast of new developments in the field of Marketing, and suggested new ideas and approaches.
