Worked with consultants (9 years) and main contractors (7 years). Handing over of 5-star hotel, High rise buildings & villas housing projects. Provide monitoring and management oversight for all phases of the construction project including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment; and ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work proceeds on schedule and within budget.

• Ensuring that the mechanical works are carried out in accordance with the required quality, cost and time constraints.
• Ensuring project plan meet guidelines and specifications of standards/ codes /Specifications and other local authority's regulations.
• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the MEP Manager for approval prior to execution at the site.
• Approve the work as it proceeds.
• Review all shop drawings, materials, and samples submitting method statement of HVAC, Plumbing, drainage and from sub-contractor of Fire Fighting, LPG and Lift as per contract documents, Specification and BOQ.
• Review of Payment certificates and variation order and issuance of Engineer's Instruction.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Manages directly and provides engineering and technical support to all the Mechanical work groups at the site.
• Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to Electrical and civil groups.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at the site.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
• Supports the MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the Mechanical scope at the site.
• Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at a site that may arise at any time.
• Coordinate and track critical path construction and startup activities.
• Organize and conduct project meetings for critical MEP activities and coordination.
• Attends regular meetings with the Client, consultants, main contractor & sub contractor to meet necessary requirements.
