A Registered Surveyor in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, with a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering (Honours), Approved As a Land Surveyor From Musanada, and more than10 years of comprehensive work experience in Surveying Engineering, data management, construction, and infrastructure fields. I am looking for a position as a Surveying Engineer with a reputed firm where I could use my core competencies and knowledge for mutual growth and benefit.
Ø Established horizontal and vertical networks as reference control points to route, future duct, and services topographic and hydrographic survey.
Ø Cadastral Survey (plots demarcation) conducts surveys to establish legal boundaries for construction projects and properties, based on legal deeds and titles, using a total station or GPS connected to the local GNSS network.
Ø Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other terrain characteristics and prepare all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and survey documents.
Ø Plan and conduct ground surveys to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements (setting out and leveling).
Ø Perform land/field surveys and geodetic calculations.
Ø Prepare sketches to support the fieldwork. Maintain all the survey information (field books, sketches, and calculations).
Ø Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Scope of Works:
ü Site Levelling,
ü Roads, Footpaths, and Parking works ( checking leveling, slopes, …etc. for each layer,)
ü Future Ducts,
ü Protection of Existing Services, Sewerage (including 2 pumping stations), and relocation of some Utility Routes.
ü Storm Water, Potable Water, and Street Lighting Works.

Ø Conducting all surveys of Infrastructure projects (earthworks, utilities, and roads) Highways, Bridges, Pipelines, Seawall construction
Ø Compute geodetic measurements and interpret survey data to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of topographic features and use Surfer or Civil 3D software to calculate volumes and quantities (Stockpile, lots grading, and highways).
Ø Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other terrain characteristics and prepare all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and survey documents.
Ø Plan and conduct ground surveys to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements (setting out and leveling).
Ø Perform land/field surveys and geodetic calculations.
Ø Check setting out and levels. Check service locations and ensure their protection.
Ø Prepare sketches to support the fieldwork. Maintain all the survey information (field books, sketches, and calculations).
Ø Measure work done when required.

6) Prepare or supervise the preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
▪ Analyze control or survey data to ensure adherence to project specifications or land survey standards.
▪ Calculate the exact horizontal and vertical position of points on the earth's surface.
▪ Verify the mathematical correctness of newly collected survey data.
▪ Plan or direct the work of geodetic surveying staff, providing technical consultation as needed.
▪ Assess the quality of control data to determine the need for additional survey data for engineering, construction, or other projects.
▪ Maintain databases of geodetic and related information including coordinate, descriptive, or quality assurance data
▪ Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, volumes, contours, or other features of land surfaces.
▪ Compute horizontal and vertical coordinates of control networks using direct leveling or other geodetic survey techniques such as triangulation, trilateration, and traversing to establish features of the earth's surface.
▪ Request additional survey data when field collection errors occur or engineering surveying specifications are not maintained.
▪ Prepare progress or technical reports.
▪ Determine the orientation of tracts of land including position, boundaries, size, and shape using theodolites, electronic distance measuring equipment, satellite-based positioning equipment, land information systems, or other geodetic survey equipment.
▪ Review existing standards, controls, or equipment used, recommending changes or upgrades as needed.
