  • Yas Business Park features four modern office towers with a combined floor area of approximately 58,000 square meters. Designed for efficiency and sustainability, the development fosters productivity and well-being through its thoughtful architecture and functional layout.
  • Souk Al Jubail Town Centre & Apartments - Jubail Island Investment Company (March 2023 – Present)
  • Souk Al Jubail Apartments Project consist of 242 apartments distributed among two parcels of 6 buildings comprising Ground plus three, Four floors and roof, common areas podium, swimming pools, retail, community centre, Gym, landscape, parking, and external works.
  • The Mirfa Bay and Access Road Projects - Modon Properties (December 2021 – February 2023)
  • The Mirfa Bay development is a beachfront retail and F&B destination in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi, Mirfa. It intends to offer a unique blend of retail, F&B, entertainment, and waterfront activities. The Right of Way access road is a 1 km long road which connects the Mirfa Bay plot to the existing road network.
  • Villanova Phase 11 & 16 – Dubai Properties (July 2019 – November 2021)
  • The project consists construction of 322 (Phase -11) + 352 (phase – 16) townhouses which are part of Villanova development which includes several other phases also. The townhouses are of G+1 type. The project is located on the South side of Dubailand and is situated along the Emirates Road near to the intersection of Dubai-Al Ain Road.
  • Palm Jumeirah Gateway Towers – Nakheel (March 2018 – June 2019)
  • The Palm Gateway is a three-tower residential, retail and beach club complex at the foot of Palm Jumeirah. It includes 1,265 luxury homes across three high-rise buildings, the tallest topping being 285 metres. The project is to be constructed on top of the existing Palm Monorail terminal, which includes 14 levels of parking spaces.
  • Marsa Al Seef – Meraas (November 2017 – February 2018)
  • Marsa Al Seef project is a mixed-use Retail, Leisure, and Hotel development in Dubai, located along the Creek in a high profile historically sensitive area adjacent to Kuwait, Saudi Arabian, British and American Embassies. Project includes Design & Construct Food and Beverage outlets, Hotels and Water side amenities. The project is divided into four phases including Heritage style & Modern style buildings and carpark.
  • Dubai Opera House – Emaar (July 2017 – October 2017)
  • Dubai Opera is a 2,000-seat, multi-format, performing arts centre, which is located within The Opera District in Downtown Dubai. Developed by Emaar Properties to host a variety of performances and events including theatre, opera, ballet, concerts, conferences, and exhibitions. It can be converted into a traditional theatre, concert hall, banquet hall or exhibition space. Using hydraulic lifts and seating wagons to relocate 900 of the 2,000 seats, the space can be used for other events while the extra seating is stored in garages beneath the theatre.
