• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates
• Prepare complete quantities without missing items
• Prepare queries to be sent to the Consultant/Client
• Analyze and assist for costing for tenders, including Bill of Quantities
• Collect prices from suppliers and subcontractors for various items, evaluate and prepare comparison sheets based on the quotations and project requirements
• Prepare tender documents for submission of tender in accordance with the Instruction to Tenderers.
