• Guiding and monitoring operations team, customs clearance team, and transportation team for smooth arrangement of shipment clearance and delivery.
• Supporting customers by providing cost control measures, such as offering the best freight and service level based on their material requirements, and liaising with the demand forecasting and planning team to provide cost-effective service.
• Knowledge of Mirsal 2 regarding all types of declaration and inspection, ADM booking for DNATA shipments.

• Handling complete activities for import and exports
• Routing shipments instructions to origin office for cross trade and import shipment
• Follow ups for import shipment documents and updating status of shipment to respective
customers
• Arranging clearance and delivery once shipment reaches at destination and follow ups for
prompt delivery
• Arranging quotes and pricing and coordinating with customer to secure required approval
• Sending pre alerts with supporting docs for all shipments to respective customer for every
export and import shipment execution
• Arranging pick and pack from our w/h as per orders giving by customers and later will
provide with complete packing details for further proceeding of the shipment
• Coordinating with internal all departments case to case for smooth operations to be done
• Costing of files and handing over to accounts department after execution of every
shipment without any delays
• Follow ups with liners& and transportation companies for shipment arrival details and
later will update customers regarding arrival of shipments
• Handling all kind of personal effect cargo
• Direct FCL exports as well as LCL shipments
