Key Responsibilities:

• Monitorin Progress of work as per Scheduled program.
• Preparing Bill of Quantity’s for subcontractors.
• Follow up of Site activities related to MEP, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, CCTV, etc.,
• Arranging material sample, getting approval from clients.
• Arranging all sub-contractors and complete works as per work schedule.
• To attend all meetings with client and consultants, whenever required.
• Quality control and quality assurance to be monitored & any quality incidents encountered should be reported officially.
• Visit production or sites to inspect quality of finishes before Client’s observation.
• Monitoring both related cost and time of project throughout construction plan & till completion.
• Reporting to management on regular basis, about work progress & to submit weekly progress report to client.
• To follow up all required permissions and certificates from local authorities.
• To physically inspect sub contractor’s workshops/factories to control work progress there.
• To prepare progress payments on time as per contract.
• To file and record all related documents in professional way for easy retrieve.
• To attend proper handing over of project to client through consultant.
• To carry out all snags required by client/consultant after preliminary handing over and to close it officially.
• To issue and submit official completion certificate to client and get it signed by him.
• Final payment submittal and collection, includes any deletion, additional or variation settlements.
• Attending and supervising all maintenance works would be needed within 12 months of completion certificate’s date.
• To maintain high standard level of safety at site for all workers.
• To maintain all materials, tools and any other related items in secured and safe place.

• Installation and Maintenance of Fire Alarm , Fire Fighting, Fire Emergency, CCTV System, etc.,
• Managing, supervising workers On Site and Ensuring Quality and Safety Aspects at Site
• Co-ordinate & follow up with Engineering Department for installation work on new projects
• Maintenance of Fire Fighting system Such as Fire Hose Reel, Landing Valve, Sprinklers, etc
• Maintenance of Fire Alarm System Such Smoke detector, Heat detectors, and rest of fire alarm equipment
• Coordinate with sub technician for Execute work
• Take-off material quantities from approved drawings
• Managing labor requirements for works based on construction program
• Plan requirements for materials, equipment, tools and machinery and ensure that are in line with site requirements in order to avoid any unforeseen delay in work
• Scheduling material deliveries to comply with site activities
• To prepare regular progress reports and submit to Project Manager
• Making designs, calculations, sketches and/or diagrams to help prevent fire or fire spread (‘fire strategy')
• Provide technical support to architects, engineers and experts to strengthen all fire protection designs
• Assist and monitor work of employees to ensure protection of life and property in compliance with fire code
• Managing, Supervising workers on site
• Making recommendations for materials used in construction or refurbishment of building
• Perform inspections to ensure alarms are installed according to code
• Install or upgrade fire alarms in commercial & Residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining all aspects of Electrical maintenance including Jig installation, Circuit connection, Tester design
• Implementing processes & procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of production operations
• In Customer Support, Analysis of customer complaints, identifying cause and providing corrective and preventive action & effectively analyzed Customer complaints through PSA
• Worked with Quality team for Drawing verification and Lay-out inspection
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of PLC circuit in Spoke & Nipple producing machine and Auto Plant Plating shop
• Diagnosing control circuit of Small Screw, Tool Forging machine Air- compressor and their service maintenance
• Problem solving of Power Contactor, Auxiliary contactor, OLR Relay and Starters
• Responsible for Mechanical Maintenance like bearings, tapping and drilling etc
• Servicing of Control Panel Wiring, Motors and associated components & Motor operated valve
• Lighting fitting, Installation and troubleshooting their circuits
• Damage control of 11 KV circuit breakers and Harmonic filter
• Knowledge of Transformer and Rectifiers
• Review and evaluation of Quality target
• To check dimensions as per customer requirements.
