  • Residential building - 2B+G+12F+ROOF (Ajman, Owner - Saif al matrooshi , Consultant - Al Nakheel engineering consultant): Engaged with consultant during the initial design phase to align on project goals, architectural vision, and functional requirements and executed the project installation works in given time frame with final commissioning.
  • H.H SH.Abdullah Eissa nib salman al khalifah , Consultant - Vision consultant engineers): Executed complete electrical works, including installation of 2500A Bus riser, LV panels, SMDBs, FDBs, cable laying, containment systems, and final commissioning, leading up to site handover with electricity connection from SEWA.
  • Khalifa residential building - G+5P+15F TYP+SP+HP (Al Nahda plot No.93 Mulk, Owner - Dubai Hospital DHA): Directed the installation of a 2000A busbar for a high-rise hospital building, along with new sub main/final distribution boards and refurbishment of trenches with cable trays from transformer rooms to generator rooms.
  • Ali Qassimia Hospital: Supervised the installation of 2nos x 120 KVA UPS systems with isolation transformers and bypass panels, ensuring reliable power supply to critical areas.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Review & Approval of Submittals: Review contractor submissions including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, technical proposals, inspection and test plans (ITPs), testing procedures, and commissioning documents to verify compliance with project requirements.

Inspection & Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and witness testing activities for electrical systems, identify non-conformances, issue NCRs and site observations where required, and ensure corrective actions are implemented to maintain the required quality standards.

Coordination & Technical Support: Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues, avoid service clashes, and ensure proper execution of works in accordance with approved coordinated drawings.
