*Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.

*Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.

*Posting job descriptions and vacancy notices, planning and organizing recruitment processes (tests, interviews, psychometric assessments), corresponding with panel members and candidates, carrying out the necessary administration processes to contract new staff.
