Crown paper mill factory (Design & build for tissue mill factory in ICAD with total cost 30M USD).

Ittihad paper mill factory (Design & build for paper mill factory in ICAD with total cost 60M USD).

Job Responsibility:

• Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.
• Reviewing and approvals for all submittals including shop drawings, material, method of statements, Samples and mock-up.
• Daily visits the site to check progress and inspect the work.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
• Lead technical office staff to prepare the required site drawings and sketches.

Mega Projects:

Fine Tissue factory (Design & build with a total cost 35M USD).

Fence factory (Design & build with a total cost 12M USD)

Job Responsibility:

• Develop and coordinate the design drawing to match manufacturing lines design drawings.
• Leading team of architects and drafts in preparing, and presenting shop drawings, material submittals, and method of statements in order to get the engineer's approval.
• Reviewing all contract documents and find out any discrepancies to forward it to the Engineer's for clarifications.
• Coordinating between all parties involved in the project.

Mega Projects:

• Osman bin Afan mosque in Abu Dhabi city with total cost 12M USD
• Family park mosque in Abu Dhabi city with total cost 18M USD
• Residential and commercial building in Baniyas,Abu Dhabi with total cost 10M USD.

Job Responsibility:

• Dealing with problems that might come up during construction stage.

• Undertake maximum presence on construction site for full time site inspections and supervision.
• Obtain and control periodical progress bills from sub-contractors and certify the quantity of work done.
• Direct supervision of all subcontractors hired by the company including interior, and civil constriction.
• Raise requisition for the timely supply of materials & labor etc. to keep the progress in line with the target program.

• Job responsibility :-
• Work closely with clients to meet their objectives, budget, and any specific requirements.
• Designing, planning and developing in order to ensure that applicable with codes, standards, and
  authority's regulation.
• Provide pre-design figures such as feasibility study, and land-use study.
• Producing the tender documents and drawings.
• Following up project's construction from the earliest stages right through to completion.
