  • Check and Verify the Raw Materials and Finish products on the production line in Regular basis
  • Receiving and Check all Raw Materials and insure that are met Bayara Specifications
  • Insure that the Finish products are matching with the Route card (Batch no , item code)
  • Follow up Production plan in Regular baisis in Production line
  • Take Retention Samples and Keeping it to be evidence in case of ww have any Customer's Complaints
  • Raise the NCR Report in case of found any CCPs being Observed on the products
  • Make Hold for any Products that not matching with the Gyma Food Specifications
  • Check the Exports samples to insure that matching with the packing list
  • Insure that GHP practices are implemented in Regular baisis
  • Follow up GHP in daily basis and insure that all Employees are followed it
