Worked for the Production and QAQC department developing new innovative type of engineered wooden particle board "SDB" implying Lean Six Sigma principles under the guidance and supervision of the Project Engineer :

• Building relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain SOP/NCR/PM/QAQC production logs and reports.
• Providing technical guidance to a team of operators at their workstations.
• Oversee and follow up preventive maintenance activities.
• Carry out QA/QC tests for raw materials and final product sample as per ASTM standards.
• Allocate manpower for optimum productivity and cost benefit solutions to reduce waste during operations.
• Implement CAPA troubleshooting and maintain SPC data during operations.

Roles and responsibilities as a Manufacturing Process Operator:

• Manufacturing and production focus on setting up operating, maintaining and troubleshooting production line.
• Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly and packaging equipment to develop HV submarine cables according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/ wastage targets and quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to production performance data.
• Manage inventory of raw materials incoming/outgoing and maintaining in ERP records.
• Attend and communicate constructive ideas for improvement for EHS (Environment Health and Safety)
• Direct reporting to factory engineer.
