• Planning and monitoring construction work on site as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Arranging material, equipment and labors to carryout works within the planned timeframe.
  • Preparing and submitting “request for work inspection”.
  • Attending consultant’s inspections and answering their technical queries.
  • Attending the weekly progress meeting.
  • Coordinating with Consultant, Client and all the subcontractors.
  • Liaising with the project planning engineer regarding construction programs.
  • Preparing drawings records, technical reports and site diary.
  • Quantity takeoff from drawings.
  • Identifying the additional works and claiming variations.
  • Good experience of structure finishing works and building maintenance. Valuation and preparing payment claims.
  • Preparation of Bill of Quantities.Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Reports as per progress
