• Piping Engineer supporting Saudi Aramco’s Marjan LTA-127 offshore brownfield project, responsible for SP3D modeling, piping layout, tie-in engineering, and material specifications for Gas Lift and Helideck extension systems.
• Delivered isometrics, GAs, and MTOs ensured compliance with SAES and ASME codes, and coordinated closely with stress, support, vendors, and site teams to resolve design and construction challenges.

• Key deliverables:
• Developed and modeled new piping systems in SP3D for the Gas Lift Upper Deck and Helideck Extension as part of offshore brownfield modifications.
• Designed piping layouts and equipment connectivity for scraper launchers, scraper receivers, large storage tank, and slop pumps, ensuring safety, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Integrated new piping systems into the existing brownfield environment, resolving tie-in challenges and space constraints through coordinated 3D modeling.
• Maintained and implemented piping hook-up criteria, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco installation standards and resolving all issues related to hook-up design and installation feasibility.
• Coordinated with construction and hook-up teams to address site constraints, access limitations, and installation of sequencing during offshore execution.
• Identified and incorporated tie-in locations for new piping, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and compliance with Aramco’s brownfield integration guidelines.
• Reviewed and incorporated site survey reports into piping layouts and tie-in designs to ensure accurate alignment with existing facilities.
• Developed and maintained Piping Material Specifications (PMS) and piping class datasheets for various service conditions.
• Performed pipe wall thickness calculations considering design pressure, temperature, corrosion allowance, and applicable codes (ASME B31 series).
• Reviewed P&IDs for piping scope, material class breaks, valve requirements, and operability considerations.
• Checked valve specifications, specialty items, and piping components for compliance with MDS and Aramco standards.
• Supported preparation and review of piping scope of work, technical queries, and engineering change notices.
• Ensured adherence to Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) and Project Instructions (PIs) throughout the design lifecycle.
• Supported vendor data reviews to confirm nozzle orientations and piping interfaces with package equipment (e.g., pumps, tanks, launcher/receivers).
• Coordinated with stress and support teams for pipe support modeling, especially for high-vibration areas around slop pumps and launcher assemblies.

Project: Offshore Al-khafji Joint Operations KGOC/AGOC, Al-Khafji, Saudi Arabia

• Key deliverables:
• Developed offshore wellhead platform piping and equipment layouts for Upper Deck, Mezzanine Deck, Main Deck, and Cellar Deck using 3D modeling tools (PDMS / E3D / SP3D / AutoCAD).
• Designed and modeled production and test manifolds, flowline scraper launcher piping, MPFM systems, and Christmas tree piping in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Reviewed and applied Piping Design Criteria, Layout Design Basis, and access, safety, and maintenance requirements, providing technical inputs and design comments.
• Prepared preliminary piping material take-offs (MTOs) from P&IDs and 3D models for cost estimation and procurement support.
• Performed interdisciplinary coordination with process, mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation teams to resolve design clashes and interface issues.
• Reviewed vendor documents and drawings, including piping isometrics, layout drawings, and technical data sheets for compliance with project requirements.
