Job Responsibilities (Back Office Operations):
⦁ A Loan Processor acts liaison between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting department.
⦁ Review all documents for accuracy and completeness and determine the necessary documentation to be included in Personal loan file.
⦁ Gathering information for the loan application.
⦁ Evaluating credit histories for applications.
⦁ Collecting data from clients such as their assets, salaries, debts and employment status to fill in information for the loan application.
⦁ Researching and correcting mistakes in applications for clients.
⦁ Reviewing file documentation for missing or erroneous information.
⦁ Meeting loan application deadlines
⦁ Assisting Sales Officer with requests and tasks needed to complete and process applications.
⦁ Once loan is approved, will disburse the amount into the customer’s account or issue cheque accordingly.
Job Responsibilities (Help Desk & Manager's Cheque Issuance):
⦁ Assigning file to the disbursal processor
⦁ Checking email and replying the status of the loan application to the sourcing (Sales Department).
⦁ Assisting Sales Officer with requests and tasks needed to complete and process applications.
⦁ Sending inflow and status report to the Managers and AVP at the end of the day.
⦁ Issue Manager's Cheque to the customer for settlement of other bank outstanding
⦁ Once other bank clearance received disbursed the loan amount into the repayment account.
⦁ Assisting Sales Officer with requests of any medical emergency cases.
⦁ Keeping track of MC's issued and cancelled in a daily report.
Job Responsibilities (Back Office Operations):
⦁ Record maintenance of all controlled company documents, procedure documents and forms
⦁ Responsible for all document identification, classification, and filing
⦁ Creating and managing effective and efficient document hierarchy, document filing and organizing systems
⦁ Responsible to validate data capturing on the system, document verification, authenticity and eligibility
⦁ Ensure work quality with minimal error and agreed TAT (Turn Around Time)
⦁ Conduct document audits, ensuring their current status and accurately recorded
⦁ Ensure proper organization and security of documents (paper and electronic)
⦁ Log document requests and help retrieve documents as required
⦁ Proficient in MS applications software (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email Outlook)
⦁ Possess excellent communication and inter personal skills
⦁ Well organized in Time Management and achieve deadlines
⦁ Able to work independently and as part of team also with various departments
⦁ Hard worker, quick learner and eager to accept new responsibilities
