• Advised on USD 2BN+ in cross-border transactions spanning M&A, divestitures, and sovereign wealth fund portfolio valuations across the GCC, working alongside Morgan Stanley and leading regional banks. Led forensic investigations and restructuring advisory on complex engagements, including a USD 2.5BN debt restructuring and a USD 10BN fraud matter within a major Saudi conglomerate. Built foundational transaction, audit, and advisory capabilities across THL, construction, commodities, and financial services sectors in the region.
