Responsibilities:

• Managing all the sales-related activities of the company.
• Handling a high volume of customer inquiries whilst providing a high-quality service to each caller.
• Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
• Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Making calls to the clients for order follow-up and up-selling.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales.
• Making quotations and following up with a client for their valuable feedback against quotation.
• Resolving any sales-related issues with customers and intimate the client if any item is out of stock or delay expected in delivery.
• Maintain stock as per advised consumption from the client.
• Maintain daily call log and send a weekly report with quotations and sample feedback to the Sales Manager.
• Obtained industry market data, analyzed costs and improved project bidding process.
