Chemistry: I have extensive experience in Clinical Chemistry, where I have performed a wide range of biochemical analyses, including (LFT, RFT, lipid/iron profiles, TFT, hormones, cardiac biomarkers, and virology, minerals, TDM, Toxicology), using advanced Roche systems . Performed daily QC, troubleshooting, and corrective actions. Conducted high-volume diagnostic testing (200–400 samples/day) including routine and special tests.

Haematology & Coagulation: Expert in Sysmex analysers (XN-350, XN-550, XT2000i, XT1000i) and coagulation systems (CA 500/600 series).

Blood Transfusion : Experienced in safe receipt and processing of blood components as per international standards.

• Carried out full compatibility testing including ABO grouping, antibody screening, neonatal DAT, and crossmatching using Gel Card technique.
• Prepared RBCs, platelets, plasma, and cryoprecipitate for transfusion and Investigated suspected transfusion reactions and ensured compliance with safety and traceability standards.

Molecular Biology: Performed SARS-CoV-2 PCR using POCKIT Central Analyser..
