Type of Project : Hotel apartment to be prepared, installed, tested in Dubai- UAE (Modules type Building), then transfer the to Saudi Arabia (Neom) for assembly and final connection with the building body.

• Designing MEP services referring to the international standards and Countries codes in the projects design and built
• Verifying the design concept with consultant and preparing the required MEP shop drawings
• Attending technical meetings with Clients and consultant for reviewing Engineering progress and sorting out the technical project issues
• Submitting material submittals for all MEP services required for all MEP project materials
• Proceeding the required comparison pricing between suppliers for getting the best price
• Monitoring the project budget for all project Items (Engineering, Materials, Manpower, Variation Requests)
• Developing and implementing construction plans according to client specifications and expectations.

Project : Aykon City (Residential buildings G+60 two towers)

Location : United Arab Emirates - Dubai - AL Habtoor City

Client : M/S Damac

Consultant :M/S Lacasa

• Reviewing, submitting MEP materials submittal
• Designing, Reviewing MEP Drawings from Tender,IFC till to shop drawing stage
• Coordinating the MEP technical details
• Submitting, following up and obtaining all the MEP authorities building requirements (DCD, DEWA, Mobile Communication companies, Dubai Municipality, RTA, SIRA)
• Creating and finalization the contracts with the MEP subcontractors
• Reviewing the contract with Client and defining the scope for main and MEP subcontractors
• Monitoring the payment with contractors and compare it with actual site progress
• Monitoring the site progress based on the approved based line program or target program
• attending the technical and progress meetings with Client, Consultant, Contractors

Project : Creek Harbor Project Plot18 (Residential buildings G+40 two towers)

Location : United Arab Emirates - Dubai- Creek

Client: M/S Emaar

Consultant : M/S Atkins

• Submitting Mechanical material submittals and obtaining the approval from Consultant
• Creating Mechanical shop drawings and coordinate them for executing in site
• Ordering the site materials based on the approved material submittals
• Coordinating the delivery for materials and priorities them referring to project baseline program
• Following up the site progress and solving all technical issues
• Submitting the monthly payments and verifying the variations orders
• attending the meetings with Client, Consultant, and contractors
• executing testing and commissioning for Mechanical and integrated systems
• Obtaining the approval from authorities for building completion certificate
• Providing handing over documents to consultant including warranty certificates related to installed systems and equipments

Project : W-Hotel Resort & Residential apartments

Location : United Arab Emirates - Dubai - Palm Jumeirah

Client : M/S AL Sharq Investments (Starwood Hotels& Resorts)

Consultant : M/S RMJM / Al Hyder

• Preparing and creating all Mechanical Shop Drawings
• quantity surveying for materials and ordering them based on the approved material submittal
• installation all Mechanical systems referring to approved shop drawing, and project specification
• Monitoring the site progress and assuring that the safe environment are applying
• executing testing and commissioning for mechanical and integrated systems
• attending all the authorities inspection and obtaining the approvals for building completion certificate
• submitting the monthly payments referring to site progress
• attending the meeting with Consultant and contractors
• Submitting the variation orders and RFI to consultant
