As a key leader in the engineering and projects department at Henkel's Riyadh Plant, I focus on operational excellence to drive the organization forward. With years of experience, I developed a strategic approach that effectively leads a dynamic team and optimizes processes, resulting in seamless execution of complex projects. Our collective efforts significantly contribute to the plant's success. Prior to this, as a Project Manager at IOS Tech, I specialized in industrial automation, excelling in PLC programming and HMI development. In this role, I fostered a collaborative environment and integrated cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency. This experience provides me with a unique combination of technical expertise and visionary leadership, equipping me to tackle the ever-evolving challenges of the manufacturing industry.

Oasis Project:

This is a brown field project for construction of a new building to accommodate mixing area, production line, staging area, and warehouse, the project consist of new 2 story building, ground floor accommodate a brand new high tech mixing system from Symex, Germany, the same floor has also an brand new state of art production line from Ronchi, Italy.

I was leading this project from scratch to finish, my role is to manage and coordinate all project activities with the design firm, suppliers, and stakeholders.

The project is completed with great success within the time and budget, achieving the designed speed and capacity.
