I have more than 3 years of experience with the rank of second officer on merchant vessels (cement tankers, general cargo, containers, and tankers). I have been working for a year in a DPA job at Meral Shipping, and I have DPA certification and a company security officer from the same academy. I gained many skills and experiences in marine survey and inspection work through my work on ships and from my current job through contact and direct dealing with many surveyors from a different classifications And also I’m fully aware of the requirements of the IMO and from the various authorities, such as flag states & classifications.
