  • Job Purpose: Supervises, plans and controls the provision of Planning, Cost Control and Budgeting activities in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures for all Services within Procurement Division.
  • Responsibilities: Involved in all support activities of Procurement division, not limited to the below:.
  • Manage internal and external KPI Reporting.
  • Manage Monthly Reporting.
  • Manage ADNOC Dashboard, ICV and quires Reporting.
  • Handling Organization related reports.
  • Involved in the manning study.
  • Handling Procurement Budget and following up the variances and accruals.
  • Handling and maintaining the Procurement Manpower Plan.
  • Handling and maintaining the Annual Procurement Plan of the Company.
  • Monitor, oversee the Plan and propose items to be considered in ADNOC future Category Management.
  • Supervise the preparation of the Procurement Division Workload analysis.
  • Managing the Tender Board meeting as their Secretary.
  • Supervise the preparation of the Procurement Division Scorecard and reporting on monthly basis to ELT (Executive Leadership Committee).
  • Represents and act as Focal point for the Risk Matrix, Business continuity and HSE Program, in addition to preparing and reporting quarterly.
  • Act as focal Point for Internal and External Audit activities on behalf of the Division.
  • Act as an Employee Engagement Champion, proposed ways to engage teams together.
  • Managed the initiative to standardize the IPOs based on position.
  • Managed the initiative to develop an Employees Performance Dashboard.
