Informed customer of shipment status, coordinate with clearance team for collection of delivery order from airlines, forwarders, agents, ensure complete documents as per requirement are handed over to customs clearance. Coordinate with transport division for delivery shipments, proof of delivery, ensure that all job files are maintained. Relay information to origin offices if shipment not cleared within 2 days, coordinate with third parties, sales and finance to meet operational requirements. Resolve issues regarding cargo shortage, damage, claims.
