  • Process cross-border and local flight clearances, conduct real-time flight tracking, interpret METAR/TAF weather reports, and transmit all relevant information to ATC and flight crews.
  • Prepare cargo load plans based on aircraft payload limitations and ULD weights, ensuring compliance with safety standards and cargo handling requirements.
