ADNOC Group has implemented SAP ERP with various SAP Modules (FI/CO, HCM, MM, PM etc.) across 14 Group companies. I have worked as Senior IT HC analyst for SAP HCM implementation from ADNOC Gas IT Team.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Involved in discovery, design workshops, Unit & Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Training, and Documentation.
• Involved in Data Migration, Go-live and Support, Upgradation.
• Developing Business Requirements Document. Investigating system issues and implementing resolutions to reduce downtime. Identifying and resolving problems through root cause analysis and research.

End to Performance Management Systems, Ratings Normalization & Performance Dispute process, Competency Management Systems, Integrated Manpower Planning, Identity Management System (Active Directory Integrations)

Responsibilities Include.

Worked as Senior .NET Application Analyst, have been assigned to GASCO as Service Work Order employee to support all HCM - IT related applications.
