Carry out the entire engineering for the project BID, leading successful design and build project BID submissions after necessary due diligence.

• Gone through Multiple EPC Data Center projects (Start from 1MW + 4MW + 12MW + 6MWx4 + = 41 MW IT) from Concept Design to Detail Design, RFP, Construction, Commissioning, Handover, DLP, and so on
• Design and construction of a 6MW IT x 12 Cluster (72MW) is now underway
• Capable of analyzing the efficiency of DC power and cooling, improvement requirements, and certification methodology testing in accordance with relevant international standards
• Familiar with MEP/Civil equipments specifications, RFP document preparation, sizing and pricing technique, and a thorough understanding of cost control during all stages such as concept, detailing, tendering, construction, commissioning, closing out and operation etc
• Critical analysis of tender drawings documentation provides useful recommendations
• Participated in over 100 projects as a concept, detailed, master planning, designer, and contractor, including High-rise, residences, hotels, hospitals, laboratories, schools, chiller plants, villas, Warehouses, shopping mall, bakeries, Cold Storages, Data Centers and its campus and more
• Progress reporting presentations with client when needed and follow ups with subs etc.

• Conducting MEP architecture system assessments, design reviews, efficiency, construction, testing, operations, and training for data centers
• Cross-verification data center systems based on multiple Tier Topologies and to meet CAPEX, OPEX, and PUE criteria
• Preparing work statements, engineering reports, total cost of ownership analyses, budget, schedule, and commissioning program documentation
• Identifying significant construction difficulties early in the process in order to guide and overcome challenges such as utilities services coordination, underground / above ground numerous service suppliers, consultants and contractorsʼ systems coordination
• Extensive experience in the design, construction, and commissioning of ELV systems, both critical and non-critical, with the ability to advise with high-level design, construction, and commissioning inputs up to PLC/BMS/DCIM system architectures
• Lead teams of engineers within the discipline
• Coordinate the execution of Plant Layout and Piping engineering activities (Assess, Select, Develop & Execute phases)
• Ensure tasks (deliverables and work packages) are fit for purpose and are completed successfully (accurately, in a timely fashion and cost effectively)
• Provide design assistance in the identification, selection and procurement of equipment or components.

• Design and supervision of air conditioning, ventilation, free cooling, smoke control, pluming, fire suppression, and ELV systems for a variety of building types (DC, Hospital, laboratory, bakeries, power plants, etc.)
• Preparing a concept design/RFP for a newly proposed project, including system design, feasibility studies, cost optimization, zoning, plant room identification, supply strategies, shaft requirements, system selection, and markups
• All planning and design work for HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems is my responsibility
• The process begins with the creation of a concept report, followed by preliminary calculations, design verifications, and finally comprehensive design calculations
• Responsible for submitting mechanical deliverables on schedule and in a very efficient manner
• Creating a technical feasibility report comparing the current system to the proposed new system
• Drafting and other calculation/documentation tools (Auto CAD, etc.) knowledge
• Performing calculations to verify designs
• Creation of design and manufacturing drawings and selection of appropriate materials for parts and assemblies
• Support the full lifecycle of multiple projects at various development phases
• Work from engineering drawings
• Engage in the full design process including meeting with customers, quoting, design/drawing a custom solution
• Site supervision when ever needed.
