Muhammad Ahmad

Currently employed in a car washing and cleaning company in Dubai, I perform general labor duties that involve physical work, cleanliness, and team coordination. My daily responsibilities include handling cleaning tools and materials, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, organizing supplies, following safety protocols, and supporting daily operational tasks. I have developed strong time management, physical endurance, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced work environment. This experience has prepared me well for roles such as warehouse helper, packaging assistant, or general laborer in Canada, where discipline, reliability, and hard work are essential.

From 2022 to 2024, I worked as a Sales & Service Representative in a power tools company in Dubai. My responsibilities included selling a wide range of power tools, providing technical support, and performing repairs and maintenance as a skilled technician. I handled customer inquiries, recommended suitable products, and ensured customer satisfaction through after-sales service.

In addition to sales and repairs, I was actively involved in warehouse operations. I managed the inventory, supervised loading and unloading of stock, maintained accurate stock records, and ensured smooth coordination between the warehouse and the sales floor. My role required excellent communication, strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. This multi-tasking experience has equipped me with the capabilities needed for warehouse jobs, factory roles, and general labor positions in Canada.

Pakistan (Before 2022)
Before moving to Dubai, I worked in Pakistan as a Power Tools Technician and Sales Assistant. I have hands-on experience working in tool shops and warehouses, dealing with construction-related power tools such as grinders, drills, cutters, and other electrical equipment commonly used in building and repair work. My responsibilities included repairing and maintaining power tools, managing shop inventory, handling sales and purchases, and providing on-site service to clients in different construction companies.

I was also involved in loading/unloading tools, organizing warehouse stock, and ensuring timely delivery and service to customers. This role required both technical expertise and customer handling skills. My experience in Pakistan helped me build a strong foundation in tool management, technical repair work, and warehouse coordination, all of which are directly applicable to general labor or warehouse jobs in Canada.
