Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reviewing all the commercial submissions by contractor
• Certification of Contractor's interim payments / invoices evaluations of applications and issuing certifications.
• Attending to Client (Marjan Properties) various requirements for the ongoing projects, including but not limited to Infrastructure& Roads Projects Capital Plan, Contractors’ Monthly and Annual Cash Flows, Overall Coordination and Weekly Updates for Contractors’ Variations and EOTs across the Program.
• Daily site work activities and collaborations including technical correspondences to all stakeholders.
• Project’s closing-out processes, including attending stakeholder’s meetings, negotiation, assessment, and certification for the releases of Preliminary Taking Over Certificate (PTOC) and Final Taking Over Certificate (FTOC).
• Performed measurements for structural and architectural works to prepare cost estimates for projects.
• Managed and coordinated cost, availability and timely delivery of materials and project schedules for suppliers.
• Attended project meetings to provide updates and insights on project costs.

• Preparation of Monthly Payment Applications
• Check and verify Sub-contractor claims as per contract agreement to Sub-contractor and prepare the necessary cost estimates and budgeting
• Preparation of Monthly Valuation, Certification & Variation Orders.
• Monitoring and updating of Progressed and completed work.
• Preparation of detailed cost plan estimates at the various stages of the project
• Coordinate with Consultant, Client and Supervise Subcontractors works.
• Preparation of monthly cost reports on all aspects of the works.
• Preparation of Material Reconciliations.
• Detailed Quantity take-off & Material Take-off from Tender drawings based on pricing preambles and compiling the Tender BOQ with description.
• Obtaining quotations / bids from subcontractor, supplier / vendor in co- ordination with purchasing department.
• Maintain vendor’s data base, floating enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head.
