• Review contract documents, Prepare the Planning Package by defining WBS for project interfaces, project activities, allocate the budget resources, establish the sequence of activities, and schedule the activities to meet Client’s requirements by using PRIMAVERA (P3).
• Liaise with the engineering department for the issuance of project design package.
• Study fabrication drawings & project specifications to prepare RFQs covering all necessary technical and commercial requirements.
• Forward RFQs to the Procurement department along with project procurement plan, monitor procurement activities to ensure availability of material as scheduled.
• Issue detailed fabrication drawings, and material to production department and monitor fabrication activities.
• Communicate with client, line management and all relevant departments involved in project execution
• Report project status (progress, cost and schedule) on weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare payment certificate with all the supporting documents for invoicing purpose.
