• NATURE OF JOB: Planning, Estimation, Control, Execution and Commissioning Define project scope and perform project estimates
• Ensure project estimates are accurate and the project scope is executable within the budget.
• Prepare technical site visit and progress update reports
• Coordination and oversee subcontractor project execution
• Review BOQs and invoices for accuracy and completion.
• Verify completed works are in line with contract requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and management on progress reports, project documentation, health and safety requirements and compliance.
• Manage and follow up of approvals, completion of work and payments from clients.
• Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor, Consultant and client to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective actions
• Monitoring all site activities on real time basis to ensure completion of project within time and cost parameters for effective resource deployment to maximize the output.

• NATURE OF JOB: Quantity Surveying, Tendering, Designing, Estimation, Planning, Control and Execution
• Preparation of master micro schedule for Electrical project works as per client priority.
• Budgeting and manpower deployment schedule as per work and scope of project.
• Daily, weekly & monthly planning & progress review
• Design, estimation & Project Management of turnkey power projects
• Attending pre-bid technical & commercial meetings
• Co-ordination and liasoning with execution team
• Interaction with contractors, sub-contractors site & factory vendor representative
• Active member in a cross-functional team, internal and external to Engineering and Operations; resolving issues; establishing and communicating project/program schedules
• Assist in development of initial overall project schedule with the Project Management Team
• Identifying & developing alternate vendor sources for achieving cost effective purchase of materials, accessories and equipment with timely delivery so as to minimize project cost.
