Responsibilities:

• Total control of all construction activities within the allocated site area, scheduling works to ensure contracted completion dates are achieved.
• Coordination and liaison with the respective QA/QC Engineer/Manager to maintain required quality standards in allocated areas.
• Ensuring that method statements for construction works are produced in line with guidelines and safety plan requirements, and checking those prepared by other staff in the allocated areas prior to issuance.
• Coordinating and managing subcontractors to ensure proper progress and site coordination.
• Supervising day-to-day works in accordance with project specifications and procedures, ensuring lines and levels are as per approved drawings.
• Daily coordination with the Project Engineer, supervisory staff, and subcontractors to monitor progress and resolve issues related to quality, production, and safety.
• Ensuring safety guidelines are strictly followed during project execution.
• Checking subcontractors’ bills and variation claims as per actual site progress.
• Ensuring the project progresses according to the targets set.
• Attending weekly and monthly site meetings with consultants and subcontractors.
• Following up with the document controller to maintain logs and track the status of RFIs, IRs, MEP clearances, etc.
• Maintaining logbooks for all hired equipment and external staff.
• Preparing weekly and monthly project activity reports.
• Checking the status of material availability at site and following up with the storekeeper for material requests.
• Discussing critical activities with the Construction Project Manager.
• Scheduling site activities with the planning department and comparing actual progress against the project schedule.

• A residential building at Portsaid St (G+2+R).
• A residential building at Al Karama district (G+4+R).
• Supervising excavation of building, construction and finishing.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultant, project manager to discuss the schedule.
• Submitting monthly progress report to higher authorities.

• Training building for employees of Misr Spinning and Weaving Company (Egypt) - finishing works (masonry, plaster, ceramic, gypsum board and painting).
• Ghazl Elmahalla Stadium (Egypt) - finishing works (masonry, plaster, ceramic, vinyl and painting).
• New Mahalla Spinning Factory (Egypt) - construction works (earthwork and concrete).
• Albouroj (Egypt) - construction works (earthwork and concrete).
• Marassi (H) (Egypt) - finishing works (masonry, plaster, ceramic and painting).
