• Prepare and maintain project quality documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and non-conformance reports.

Sub- Contractors: China States Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), ABENGOA, China Steel, HPCC, TEPC Energy, Energy China, CRCC & JEPCC

· General and Technical Site Supervision of Civil works at Solar Power Plant from layout to Commissioning activities including Underground Facilities and Associated works

• Monitored construction site progress, managing routine and complex issues to keep tasks on track and costs within budget.

• Monitor progress of Civil Contractors as per the schedule agreed Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site

· Supervision & Construction of Power block including Steam Turbine Building (STB) ,Main & PV Transformer Foundations, Hot and Cold Molten Salt tanks, Main Electrical Buildings, SGS ,ACC Electrical Building and Overflow Tanks etc.

· Supervision, Executions and Installation of Steel Structure Works, Construction of Main Roads in Power Plant and in Solar Field Area in coordination with Subcontractors

· Parabolic Trough Solar Field supervision and construction from earth works to installations of parabolic mirrors i.e. bore piles, micro piles, mirror foundations, (HTF) Heat Thermal Fluid pipes support foundations and pedestals.

· Assist the Construction Managers & QC Managers to prepare the ITPs & MOS for civil and mechanical installations for finalizing the agreed stage for testing steps with Owner.

· Follow up to quality records for all parameters of construction/installation activities including checklists/documents with document controller & ensure the availability of all necessary attachments to other predecessor approvals.

· Review Quality Control Plans within limit, ensure that the tests, controls, inspections are carried out according to Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans

· Ensure that material and equipment are correctly received, stored, preserved, handled.

· Check the documents certifying the tests, controls and inspections carried out and ensure their orderly collection and management.

· Ensure the availability of updated inspection, control, test reports, for the purpose of approvals of mechanically completed plant systems.

Ensure the preparation of the QA/QC discipline dossier for final handover to the Client, verify the correct implementation and application of the database/spread sheet for Quality inspection and test report tracking and registration

· Organizing and managing the multiple Construction work scopes at different systems of Power Plant. Coordinating & integrating the subcontractors to implement the construction plans on site.

· Coordinating with other disciplines for interconnected work scopes to ensure concrete implementation of construction schemes.

· Collaborating with other team members to facilitate in project documents, construction and QA/QC plans.

· Liaising with Owner, Consultant and other stakeholders to discuss various plans and resolve project issues in timely manner.

· Monitoring the progress of construction works and pursuing the actions to ensure that target timelines are being followed.

· Preparing daily, weekly and assisting in monthly work progress reports.

· Preparing Method Statement and ITPs for different work scopes and submitting to Employer/Engineer for their review and approval.

· Implementing the relevant specifications, method statements, and protocols for construction activities at site.

· Participating in meetings with Employer/Engineer to discuss and enforce QA/QC plans.

· Submitting Material Approval Submittal (MAS) and Material Inspection Reports (MIR) to Employer/Engineer for their review and approval.

· Liaising with other team members and management to discuss day-to-day site proceedings.
