Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and physical connectivity problems.

Installation of per-populated and unloaded data racks as per layout issued by Capacity team.
Inspected the sites prior to installation to plan cable pathways and calculated material and equipment needed for installation.
Monitor environmental conditions of data center to ensure they are optimum for servers, routers, and other devices.
Maintain excellent customer and management communication regarding issues, Project status, and effectively handling escalations affecting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and recommend/implement solutions to ensure optimal service performance and reliability.
Performs post-execution quality checks and verifies that grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling is set up properly according to safety protocols, deployment standards, and planned network design tasks.
Ensuring cold aisle and hot aisle arrangement is followed as per floor plan and reporting any discrepancies to site management.
Ensuring Health & Safety is given the utmost importance and working with a safety mindset.
Manage and motivate data center operations team.
Responsible for vendors and evaluate their performance in various projects.
Take overall responsibility for incident management and request fulfillment of Data center services.
Manage the implementation activity along with different vendors & coordinating with them up to acceptance test.
Assistance for maintenance and monitoring of all Data Center systems including incidents/events, problems, changes, monitoring, problem escalation/ notification/ resolution and all other aspects of Data Center support.
Responsible for installation and operations duties for Data Center facilities, as required assisting in operation, and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, cooling other Infrastructure issues within Data Center/Facility.
Served as point of contact on various escalations and outages.
Manage various technologies of Electrical and mechanical systems like Power systems fire suppression, cooling, DC monitoring systems, cabling standards and to select and apply them effectively to cost-efficiently enhance high-availability of data center.
Participate in problem-solving and process improvement actions related to data center operations.
Contributes to positive and effective team environment by sharing information with others, contributing to regular team meetings, asking questions, and staying apprised of status of others' work.
Recording of rack & equipment inventory, cable management, and problem history.
Maintain high level of system reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficiently.
Establish and enhance strong working relationships with customers and various internal teams.
Dealing with customer and supplier queries face to face, via phone, and email.
Supports customer happiness through timely and detailed order execution.
