Working as Chief Surveyor & handling 7 survey teams equipped with latest surveying instruments.

Preparing report with point clouds in Magnet Collage & Verity to ensure the clash detections.

Troubleshooting problems on sites.

Researched, recommended, and implemented new techniques and technologies in the practice of area and Facade surveys.

Preparing all the necessary shop drawings for proposals.

Preparing & monitoring data preparation for site layout.

Preparing as built / work done reports in MS-Excel.

Supporting technical & QAQC department with site situations.

Calculating site networks for control points & benchmarks with least square network adjustment techniques.

Managing 7 survey teams, each team consists of 1 surveyor & 3chainman.

Identified staff development and training needs and ensured that training was obtained.

Star Net Calculation to adjust 2D/3D survey networks using least-squares techniques.

Measuring angles and distances for Network Adjustment & calculation with least square network adjustments methods.

Calculating traverse with Micro survey Star Net least square network adjustment program.

Al Reem island phase 1 plot 1 zone C project 05 Towers & 07 Villas as, Worked as Senior Surveyor my responsibilities were,

• Traversing and fixing new control points and benchmarks
• Checking, controlling the horizontal and vertical profile of structure
• Preparation of as built drawings in Cad Format
• Coordination with Engineers regarding site situation etc.

• And my responsibilities control all types of surveying activities for construction such as,
